I’m here to grow. I’m here to love. And I am here to live in service to the positive path. In my world, that means refining my relationship with my self (my heart, my body, and my thoughts) and allowing that to inform my outward journey and how I show up in the world, and in relationship with others. My compass is pointed towards integrity, freedom and authenticity.

In my healing capacity, the favorite tools in my toolbox are: meditative self-inquiry (as taught by West), somatic energy healing, movement, meditation, and hypnosis.
